Limitation on Time to File Claims

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use, together with any documents or policies they expressly incorporate by reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and DIS concerning the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties both written and oral, to the Website.
